Ingredients
  • 2 cups thick cut rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hulled hemp seed hearts
  • 1/2 cup Lily's vegan stevia sweetened chocolate chips (variety of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
  • Step 1 In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients.
  • Step 2 Mix thoroughly until everything is coated in the peanut butter. If your mixture is too dry, you can add more peanut butter.
  • Step 3 Once mixed, roll your mixture into bite sized balls. Wetting your hands before rolling can prevent the mixture from sticking.
  • Step 4 To keep fresh, place these in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
