It just doesn't get much better than this. Juicy Grilled Pork Chops with Herb and Garlic Butter. With a light seasoning on the chops before hitting the grates and an amazing compound butter, this recipe is a major crowd pleaser. I suggest using bone-in pork chops but some, like my husband, prefer boneless. It is truly up to you. I know some are confused and even skeptical about the FDA guidelines on pork temperature but here at our home we cook to 155 degree F. This ensures juicy pork that isn't dry or tough. Everything we don't want! Perfect for a week night meal or a weekend get together, this is going to leave you and your family very satisfied!
